While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy and content of this website, Drapers are not responsible for any typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions. The information, prices and images presented on this website are subject to change without prior notice. Not all products are available at all times.
Our site is only intended for people resident in the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, products that we sell on a nationwide basis currently exclude highlands and islands and Northern Ireland.
We will confirm all purchases with you either by telephone or email before taking payment. A contract of sale exists once the sale has been confirmed and a payment has been taken.
All goods must be paid for in full before dispatch.
Online purchases can be returned within a seven day cooling off period. If an exchange or refund is required you must inform us in writing within the seven day period. Then the items must be returned to us within a further seven days, in their original condition and packaging and in a manner that the goods are then resaleable. We reserve the right to refuse or reduce refunds if goods are not returned in this state.
THE FOLLOWING GOODS ARE NOT RETURNABLE UNLESS FAULTY:
For health and safety reasons and the peace of mind of all customers we regret that we are unable to accept returns of upholstery, pillows and mattresses. Faulty goods can be returned to our returns address. It is essential that you advise us either in writing or via email before starting this process so that the relevant arrangements can be made for return of the item(s).
If the goods are found to be faulty when checked by ourselves and/or the manufacturer, a refund or exchange will be given according to the customers requirements.

We strongly recommend that, if possible, you visit our store to try out or look at a product before purchase. This is especially relevant to mattress or bed purchases. Some online mattresses will be delivered in vacuum packed form. This process involves removing some of the air from inside the mattress. This does not harm the mattress but aids handling and delivery. Once unpacked, the mattress recovers within 6-7 hours. If returning a faulty vacuum packed mattress, please ensure that you use the inner plastic bag provided which covers the entire mattress when it has been unrolled. If required, please add more tape and packaging to ensure safe return of the product.
Once again, please note that for health and safety reasons we are unable to accept returned mattresses or pillows unless there is a manufacturing fault, which will be verified by the relevant manufacturer (see returns policy as before).
Online Terms and Conditions apply only to purchases indicated on our website as ‘online purchase available’.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that there is adequate access for delivery of goods to the required address. We will be unable to refund orders where goods are ordered incorrectly or do not fit in the house as required.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
Special order items cannot be returned unless agreed by the manufacturer.
Any goods ordered to your specific requirements e.g. where fabric choices are involved, cannot be returned unless faulty and agreed by us in writing. These will subsequently be inspected by the manufacturer and subject to verification by the manufacturer, a refund, possible repair or replacement will be offered.
